T cell dynamics

Although interested in all kinds of T cells we really dig gamma- delta T cells, especially those found in the blood, Vg9, Vd2. What make them to proliferate, upregulate cytotoxic molecules and what mechanism trigger them to kill tumor cells?

Will they be good for immunotherapy?
